Shane has been pleased to see a mix of familiar and new faces in the violin shop as students return to lessons while more advanced players admit that summer is coming to a beautiful close and turn their attention back to practicing and performances.
Whether you are needing repairs, setup, or supplies, reach out to Shane to set up a time. New players are welcome to choose an instrument that they can rent-to-own – we have some stock of full sets of 1/2 size, 3/4 size, or full size violins with bow and case, or can order sets in to suit each player. Of course it’s always a joy to hear an experienced player try some of the dozens of violins and bows in the shop to find just the right one for the next stage of their musical journey! As noted in our last post, Shane has two of his own hand-crafted instruments set up and ready for playing…he loves feedback on the sound and feel of these unique violins!
